How Long Does The Programme Last?
Firstly, this isn't really a programme. Changing bad habits is a lifetime endeavour. You can repeat the habit change process as many times as you like. Each time you do, you become more masterful of a fundamental life skill - building success habits.
How Many Habits Can I Break & Build?
If you are new to breaking or building habits, the best approach is to tackle one habit at a time – either break or build a new one. But, once you have mastered the Micro Momentum Method, you can continually follow the process and use the resources to change as many habits as you want. There is no limit to how many habits you can break and build over the course of your subscription.
What if I Can't Get Online?
Can't get online and still want to learn? No problem. Just download the audio lessons and resources ahead of time.
